Returns & Exchanges

At Yoto, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn garments in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
